My Role at DX involves producing for IDFB 2018 with a focus on outdoor and unusual space projects as well as supporting the development of the Artist Development programme including the DX Associates and DX Choreography Award schemes
I was London-based having completed a Ba Hons in Theatre Design at Central Saint Martins over a decade ago and I continued to work as a multi-disciplinary creative producer with a particular focus on experiential and immersive productions for the subsidised and commercial sector. I have had experience designing and producing with a range of artists and makers and working in a range of non-traditional large scale and intimate sites across London. Recent projects have included – producing The Curiosity Cabaret at The Old Operating Theatre; delivering performance activity for Paramount Pictures; producing a series of pop-up live performances throughout the V & A museum for the Shakespeare festival and An Immersive Job Interview Experience for Virgin Money.
I more recently completed an MA in Creative Producing at Royal Central School of Speech were I had the opportunity to produce work at The Roundhouse studio and Hub spaces. My passions are in creating experiences which break new ground and challenge the way we perceive the world and I hope to bring my passion and experience to help make IDFB 2018 a success as well as support the Artist development programme.
