Alexandra Claughton

Alexandra trained at the Royal Ballet School and then at the Institute of Choreology before working as a dance notator at the Royal Academy of Dance and Rambert Dance Company. She danced for 8 years with Rambert working with Richard Alston, Siobhan Davies, Glen Tetley and Merce Cunningham amongst others, touring the UK and the world. She then taught dance at Middlesex University and the West Midlands Youth Ballet. She has 3 boys and is married to John Claughton who is Chief Master of King Edward’s School.
