Lead Digital Artist & Associate Digital Artist

DanceXchange (dx), the West Midlands Dance Development Leaders Group (DDLG) and Arts Connectare looking for Lead Digital Artist and an Associate Digital Artist to join Beyond Borders 2021, an exciting region-wide youth participation project. 

Working in collaboration with the Beyond Borders core creative and production team, the Lead Digital Artists will lead the devising, filming and editing an innovative linked series of digital and dance works to be premiered at Birmingham International Dance Festival, with support, co-ordination and creative input from the Associate Dance Artist.

The contract will involve filming and capturing a range of outdoor, indoor and site-specific youth dance activities across the West Midlands as part of Beyond Borders 2021; as well as supporting and coordinating participants to self-film using phone, tablet and laptop cameras; and the editing of the finished films.

We welcome proposals from individuals as well as teams and organisations wishing to  submit a collaborative proposal.
