Salary: £35,000-£37,000 per annum

DanceXchange is at an exciting moment in its history and this role presents an ideal opportunity to be a part of shaping the future – for DanceXchange and for dance in the region.
After a couple of years of major transformation internally, DanceXchange is now embarking on exciting plans to grow the International Dance Festival Birmingham and find a new home to deliver our plans to strengthen the dance ecology in the Midlands.
We are seeking a fourth member of our Senior Management Group who will work closely with the Artistic Director/CEO and our very capable team to take a lead in some of the strategic projects associated with this, for instance the Jerwood Choreographic Research Project and the development of a Production and Touring Hub. We are looking for someone with a good knowledge of the UK and international dance sector and strong experience of partnership working as well as being a creative thinker who can turn ideas into action and inspire others. You will have at least five years of experience of working in the arts and leading and motivating others.
