Customer & Admin Assistant (CAA)

DanceXchange is seeking people to join our friendly and professional front of house team.

Our CAA role is a great way to gain hands-on experience in a busy arts organisation. It involves providing excellent customer service, front of house duties, and administrative support for our classes, projects and performances, providing a welcoming and professional environment for everyone we work with. Regular CAA shifts are usually weekday evenings and weekends, and there are also opportunities to help with additional shifts, admin jobs and artist liaison as they arise, particularly during Birmingham International Dance Festival.

We are looking to widen the pool of CAA staff available to work on Tuesdays, Fridays and weekends.

You must be professional, organised and reliable, with a high standard of literacy, numeracy and IT skills. You must have previous experience in a customer-facing role, with great communication skills and an interest in dance.
