Professional Development opportunity for West Midlands based artists to visit Nottdance 2019 in Nottingham
DanceXchange in partnership with Dance4 is offering 4 WM-based artists the opportunity to attend Nottdance 2019 in Nottingham on 10 – 11 October 2019. Artists will have the opportunity to attend classes, discourse events, debates and performances, and connect with their colleagues in the East Midlands.
The programme is designed so bursary artists can attend the festival together and therefore a commitment to the full programme of Thursday and Friday is essential. Bursary holders will receive access to the below free of charge, accommodation in a hotel on Thursday 10 October, contribution to travel (the price of an off-peak return train ticket Birmingham – Nottingham), and per diems @ £25p/d for 2 days.
The opportunity is for independent professional dance practitioners and choreographers who are based in the West Midlands and are interested in exploring different contemporary dance practice and approaches to choreography.
