Thursday 15 September, 10-11.30am class will be delivered by Julia Robert
HumanHood will be delivering the upcoming Thursday professional dance classes at DanceXchange studios
The workshops will flow from an internal implosion that will lead to a physical explosion. Using breath, imagination and intention, participants will be guided by their bodies through a series of repetitive movements and tribal rhythms finding the equilibrium between relaxation and power, working on the release of pure movement. To complete, HumanHood will propose dynamic phrases of physical intensity, using floor work and combining precise and sinuous movements, exploring the internal plasticity and our impact on space.
