  • Sunday 1 August PM – Kathak

Yuva Gati Open Day is a perfect opportunity for talented young people aged 11 – 16 years to take part in Kathak & Bharatanatyam technique and creative workshops.

The day will include:

  • Technique Class
  • Creative Exercise
  • Short Presentation and Q&A

The Open Day will last for approximately 2 hours (start time TBC).

You will be able to attend the Open Day from the comfort of your own home on Zoom. However, we do ask for you to please ensure you have sufficient space around you when participating in the workshop to refrain from any injuries.

We highly recommend that you attend this open day if you are interested in joining the audition for the new term starting on September 2021.

You don’t have to have previous experience of learning Kathak or Bharatanatyam but if you do, that would be great! Just come with an open mind and bring plenty of enthusiasm and passion to learn.

If you would like to attend the open day – please return a completed Open Day Booking Form . We do accept alternative applications such as video/voice note, please also email this to cat@dx.dance.

Please note places are limited so they will be allocated on a first come first-served basis.

You can apply to audition for either Dance Generation or Yuva Gati either before or after the Open Day, visit here to find out more.
