Welcome Back! We’re delighted to announce that we have reopened our DanceXchange studios alongside the studio in Dance Hub Birmingham (DHB).

The studios have been adapted to keep artists, class participants and staff members as safe as possible and the opening will be phased to follow Covid safeguards. We are so thrilled to be able to meet you all again in person.

PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS – FROM 26 APRIL 2021

All four studios are now being used by independent dance artists enabling them to begin to return to the workplace and rebuild their practice after a long period of absence.

Until 30 June, we are prioritising artist bookings which were cancelled due to lockdown last Autumn and Winter, helping to address the backlog of DHB bookings and meet demand for space more quickly. When those commitments have been fulfilled we will announce the opening of new bookings for professional artists.

CAT – 1 MAY 2021

Our Centre for Advanced Training students will be returning to on-site training this weekend, having worked so hard online from home during lockdown. We are so excited to be meeting again as a group and seeing all the progress everyone has made.

PUBLIC PROGRAMME – LIVE CLASSES FROM 17 MAY

We are planning a new programme of live recreational dance classes in our studios from the 17 May. A fabulous opportunity to return to our space and enjoy dancing together.

Capacity will be limited due to Covid restrictions, so please keep an eye on our website and social media for updates. Booking will open next week.

Of course we are still running our hugely successful online class programme – visit here to find out about what is on offer and book a class.

We look forward to seeing you soon

NOTE: All on-site activities will of course need to be managed in the context of social distancing, with limited numbers permitted on site, and proof of a negative lateral flow test will also be required.
