Passionate about Dance, Do you want to make your passion your career?
Research undertaken by Dance UK has shown that there are 30,000 people employed in the dance world and of these, only 2,500 are performers. Youth Dance England is often asked to give young people advice, hints and tips about how to turn a passion for dance into a career so in response to this, YDE have created an online resource for you. The PDF looks at training, funding, the variety of careers and progression routes in dance as well as career case studies written by leading highlights in the dance industry.

Regional Development Plan
The Regional Development Plan is a detailed document Addressing key questions about youth dance in the West Midlands. Where are we now? Where do we want to be? What may help or hider us? It has been compiled after much consultation and input from youth dance stakeholders and will form part of a larger, national vision for youth dance produced by Youth Dance England.
