Calling aspiring young choreographers! Jessica Lang Choreography Workshop

We are delighted to be offer a choreographic workshop to young inspiring dancers and choreographers with American choreographer Jessica Lang.

We are delighted to be offer a choreographic workshop to young inspiring dancers and choreographers with American choreographer Jessica Lang. The workshop is open to young people aged 12-19 and would be ideal for students currently studying dance at school/college and who are interested in a career in dance, or for those who are struggling to choreograph for G.C.S.E/A Level dance or anyone who has an interest in developing their choreographic skills. The participants should have the opportunity to gain an understanding of Jessica Lang and her approach to choreographing work.
About Jessica:
Since 1999, Jessica Lang has been choreographing extensively for ballet and modern companies across the US and abroad. She is noted for her artfully crafted, emotionally engaging work and has created work more than 75 works on companies including Joffrey Ballet, Colorado Ballet, Washington Ballet, and New York City Ballet's Choreographic Institute, among others. Lang has also choreographed for universities including The Juilliard School and NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
She is on the faculty of the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School, the ABT / NYU Steinhart Masters Program, the summer intensive programs in NYC as well as a teaching artist for the Make A Ballet program. Commercially, Lang has worked for BMW International Industrials, Cirque du Soleil and Australian singer, Sia. To find out more information visit Jessica Lang's website
