. In this gentle dance and exercise class, you’ll build your body awareness and challenge yourself to move in new ways. This class includes an introduction to the basics of classical ballet, including turn-out, flexibility, posture and placement, as well as different movement dynamics and qualities
The tutor will lead you through a warm-up designed to prepare you for the session, and you’ll then learn sequences of movement as a group.
Open to anyone over 16 years of age, regardless of age, experience or mobility; each dancer learns at their own pace with guidance from the tutor.
