Youth Dance England has partnered with nine key regional organisations to create a national network of Youth Dance Strategy Managers. Ours is Toby Norman-Wright. Toby will be working with our Youth Dance Officer Preya Chauhan to develop, support and champion dance for children and young people. Their overall aim is to increase the amount of high quality dance activity available both in and outside of schools. 

We’d also like to give a huge welcome to our new Youth Dance Contacts, who are now working across the region to develop youth dance activity. Hayley Duffield from Dancescape, Laura Simmons from Dudley Performing Arts, Rebecca Abbotts from Stoke on Trent Theatres, and Clare Wood from Dancefest will be working with Preya to develop exciting plans for youth dance over the next two years.
