Love to dance? Whether you're looking to supplement your studies, or just fancy strutting your stuff and keeping fit, DanceXchange has something for everyone.
We’ve got over 40 classes every week, in styles ranging from Street Dance to Ballet, Club Jazz to Tap Dance, and Contemporary to Capoeira, catering for all ages and levels of ability.
Classes start from just £3 per session, and there’s no enrolment fee, just drop in when you want! If you do find something you really enjoy, you can pay for a whole term up front, which saves you money.
We’re right in the middle of Birmingham City Centre, with bus and train routes close by. Why not give us a call, or pop into our studios and take a look around?
If you are thinking of attending a class for the first time, you can find out how to register here.
If you have any questions at all or if you’d like to join our mailing list and receive our monthly e-flyer detailing all the exciting activity happening as part of our class programme, please call Cat on 0121 689 3170, or email cat.boffy@dancexchange.org.uk.
Summer 2013 Term Dates:
Monday 8 April - Saturday 13 July
(Please note there will be no classes on Monday 6 or Monday 27 May)
At DanceXchange our aim is to bring dance to more people in Birmingham and the West Midlands region, through performances, productions, classes and community outreach.
As we look to our long term future, we want to continue this work and we want to keep dance alive in the region. As a registered charity, we receive core funding from Arts Council England and Birmingham City Council, along with a range of trusts and foundations.
But we also need support from individuals and businesses to make this happen. By supporting DanceXchange, you will help us fulfil our core objectives: to produce exceptional work; to bring outstanding performances to Birmingham; and to enable people of all walks of life to engage in dance either as a participant, performer or audience member.
